• Service data: case notes, referral details, risk/safeguarding information where relevant.

• Engagement: event registrations, volunteering, donations, surveys.

• Technical: IP address, browser/device data, cookie identifiers and analytics (see Cookies).

• Payment: We do not collect or store card data on our website. Payments are made directly to SCDT’s bank account via issued invoices.

5) How we use your data

• verify identity; provide and improve our services; manage referrals and signposting;

• communicate with you about your enquiry, appointments or events;

• send updates or fundraising messages where you have consented;

• monitor performance (using aggregated, anonymised reporting);

• protect our legal rights and ensure site and service security.

  After this, we securely delete or anonymise your data.
